This site is run by Germán Ceballos. For anything about your data, email hello@germanceballos.com.

When you send a message, the form collects your name, your email address, the subject you pick, and the message itself. Nothing else is stored, and there is no account.

The message is delivered to my inbox by Resend, an email service based in the United States. Resend keeps a copy for its own delivery logs for a limited time. I keep the message only as long as our conversation needs it.

The site uses Vercel Web Analytics, which counts page views without cookies and without storing anything that identifies you. The hosting provider, Vercel, also keeps short-lived server logs with your IP address, as every host does.

There is no Google Analytics, no advertising tracker, and no cookie that follows you between sites.

Links to other sites, such as LinkedIn, YouTube, or the publications my articles appear in, open in a new tab. Those sites have their own privacy practices.

You can ask what I hold about you, ask for it to be corrected or deleted, or object to its use. Email hello@germanceballos.com and I will answer within a reasonable time. If you are in the European Union you can also complain to your local data protection authority.
